   About the Ladies Auxiliary Minimize

Mission and Objectives


The objectives of this organization are patriotic, fraternal, historical and educational; to preserve and strengthen friendship among its members; to perpetuate the memory of the Purple Heart dead; to maintain true allegiance to the Government of the United States of America and fidelity to its laws. Further, it shall be the responsibility of each member, Unit and Department of the Ladies' Auxiliary to assist Chapters and Departments of the Military Order of the Purple Heart in emphisizing those principles of historic significance.


Unit 642, Ladies Auxiary was installed/established at the NC/SC Annual Combined Department Convention on May 5th, 2007. The ladies will hold their meetings at the same time and location as the chapter until further notice.


To be a member you must be a mother, wife, daughter, sister, granddaughter or an adopted child over the age of 14, of a Purple Heart recipient. We welcome all qualified ladies to join our ranks in support of our Wounded Warriors.
